São Jorge tem sua história cruzada com o Corinthians no momento em que o clube estabiliza-se na antiga Fazenda São Jorge, em 1926. Lá, foi construída uma capela para o santo que se tornou padroeiro do alvinegro.
Saint Jorge has its history crossed with Corinthians when the club established itself in the old Fazenda São Jorge, in 1926. There, a chapel was built for the saint who became the the club's patron saint.
